Delivery Times
For U.S. orders, processing and shipping typically take 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
All orders are shipped directly from our U.S. fulfillment partners to ensure faster and more reliable delivery.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Please note: while we work hard to deliver every package within the estimated timeframe, unexpected delays caused by weather conditions, carrier operations, holidays, or other external factors may occasionally occur. For the most accurate delivery updates, please refer to your tracking link.
Shipping Address Accuracy
To ensure timely delivery and proper handling of your package, customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout, including:
- Correct abbreviations
- Accurate street numbers
- Building or apartment numbers
- Any necessary route or delivery details
Insufficient / Incorrect Address
Please double-check your shipping information before placing your order. We are not responsible for:
- Lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered packages due to inaccurate or incomplete address information provided at checkout
- Refused deliveries or failed delivery attempts when the shipping address entered was correct and delivery was attempted
- Orders returned during transit due to address-related issues
Once a return process has begun, the order is not eligible for a free reshipment or refund under our after-sales policy.
If re-delivery is available, additional shipping fees may apply and must be covered by the customer.
⚠️ Shipping to Israel
Due to regional shipping restrictions, home delivery may not always be available in Israel. Orders are typically delivered to a designated pickup point instead.
Customers will receive a notification once the package is ready for pickup. To avoid delays or returns, we kindly ask customers to monitor tracking updates and collect their package promptly.
Order Availability
In rare cases, inventory availability may change after an order is placed. If an item becomes unavailable, we will notify you as soon as possible via email.
If we do not expect the item to be restocked, it will be canceled from your order automatically. Customers will not be charged for canceled items, including any related taxes or shipping fees.
